These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cadnpdf.com (the “Site”) and its services, including calculators, CAD drawing downloads, and subscription plans, operated by CadnPDF (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Bangladesh. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it as necessary.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features, including unlimited CAD drawing downloads, require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice.
3. Downloads and Licence
Paid subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download and use the CAD drawings and files available on the Site for personal and commercial engineering project use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish downloaded files as standalone products. Each download is licensed for use by the account holder only; sharing download links or login credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
4. Engineering Disclaimer — Important
The calculators, drawing sets, reference tables, and other technical content on CadnPDF are provided as engineering reference tools for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering advice and are not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed professional engineer.
All structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for permitted construction, renovation, or infrastructure work must be prepared by and bear the stamp of a licensed professional engineer registered in the jurisdiction where the project is located. CadnPDF accepts no liability for any structural failure, code violation, personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from reliance on information provided by this Site.
Code editions referenced on the Site (ACI 318, ASCE 7, IBC, ASHRAE, NEC, IPC/UPC, and others) are identified by edition year. Users are responsible for confirming which edition is adopted or enforced in their jurisdiction and for applying appropriate local amendments.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content (excluding third-party CAD drawing sets), features, and functionality are owned by CadnPDF. Our trademarks, trade names, and service marks may not be used without prior written permission. Content on the Site is protected by copyright law.
Some CAD drawing sets available on the Site were originally produced by third parties and are made available here under licence or with permission. If you believe a drawing set infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site; scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without prior written permission; upload malicious code or interfere with Site operations; or impersonate any person or entity.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to access the Site and download content ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) shall survive.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CadnPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
