Account Registration
When you create an account or purchase a subscription, we collect your email address and payment-related information. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor — we do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card used.
Usage Data
Like most websites, we automatically collect standard log information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time and date of your visit. This data is used to monitor site performance and security.
Cookies

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days unless retention is required by applicable law. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months.

CadnPDF is designed for adult engineering professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
